It has finally arrived! The Paderno 50X35cm blue steel pan. First the good. The pan is nice and heavy and to me, the welds look plenty strong. he not great, there are a couple of minor imperfections a dent, and two-light scratches. I am now loaded for bear with Sicilian/Grandma pizza pans!

1. More than a couple of standard 1/2 sheet pans
2. American metalcraft 16"X16"
3. Paderno 20"X14" Blue steel

This is a great pan. I don't think the small dent and scratches will hurt anything. Just make sure you season it well before using and if it sticks at all after your first use, scrub and re-season again. I had to do mine twice.

That could have also been negative the sticker would have been better on the bottom. However, I let it slide, since all-in-all I am tickled pink with my new tool! That all being said, knowing me, my old 1/2 sheet pans will still get most of the playtime!
