You've improved your skill quite a bit since starting this thread. Very good job.
Thanks mate!

Consistency is there now I think. Still making tweaks every now and then, nothing major.

Small gathering this weekend and I was pressed into making pizzas.

Our guests were all vegetarian, so various veggie pies.

2 margaritas, four cheese with pesto, four cheese, goats cheese with red onion chutney, goats cheese with sundried tomatoes.
Very nice. Your second photo and how I imagine my favorite post card looking are nearly identical. :) I hope your friends enjoyed the pizzas.

Minus the foil  :)

Pizza was indeed enjoyed by all, which always makes it worth the effort!

So, I have been carrying with the pizza making. Just not posting.

I have however, recently, been experimenting with Sicilian style pizza. Makes a nice change now and then. Below are my efforts. Only made a few so far.

What do we think?

Thanks.

I never stopped the making, just the posting really. Starting to look at things I can do to increase my repertoire (in terms of styles) and thinking a pizza oven (gas powered most likely) is probably the next step.

On the dough front, I might try thin and crispy/cracker style. Because we eat pizza every week, itís good to have some variety in styles.

New Ooni Koda 16 arrived today. Never used a high heat oven before, only my household oven.

Decided I had to give it a go today and couldnít wait. So baked the attached. More details in the home oven section of the forums (Koda first bakes thread).

I got behind on your thread, AJ. Things are looking great! I have seen a few you posted in the daily pizza thread. Your seem to be getting the most of your new oven!

Thanks for the kind words.

Always looking to figure out how I can get things better but I am enjoying the oven. I think learning many of the skills and learning in the more forgiving home oven has helped me so far.

Some pies from the weekend.

Garlic bread, Margherita and some with some salami and prosciutto.
