I am super proud of this Detroit pizza I attempted today. I layered my ingredients like a deep dish. Brick cheese, DiNapoli crushed tomatoes sausage and Roni cups.

Vic,

You have every right to be proud of your Detroit style pizza. Can you tell us which recipe you used?

The Buddys remake by HansB, worked great! Altho I did use Ceresota flour for this, i thought worked just fine for me.

100% KABF     160g
  70% HYD       112g
   1% IDY         1.6g
   2% Salt         3.2g
   2% LDMP      3.2g

Love these recipes and thank you for your advice and insight as always Peter! - Vicki
