Dough Sheeter questions

Was wondering if anybody has one of these and if you are satisfied with it.

I had said in the past that I didn't need one, but now, if I had one, I would make thin/cracker and SSBP pizzas more often.
Rolling out low hydration dough by hand is rough for me with my bad wrists.

My concerns with it are all the gold colored parts are plastic, and there are no refunds or exchanges.
No refunds or exchanges means they could send you a broken one and you are stuck with it.

TIA

Don't have one, but I'd look on Amazon for one so you can send it back as needed. Not sure if this is close enough for you, does get some bad and good reviews.

I had looked at that but what steered me away was the first paragraph in the "About This Item" section.
Was totally surprised to negative comments that weren't in the Reviews.

"DON'T BUY THIS...IF you think it takes seconds to master. Dough must go through 3 times for the desired thickness. Dough is DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH NO MATTER WHAT MACHINE is used. It has a white protective film over the stainless steel 'feeding tray'...remove it...(protection in shipping). It has thickness dials that have to EYEBALLED...match R+L to get it even. Unit CAN NOT 'sit' in water...its base is particle board. ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING "

Here's one that works well. I have one for making laminated pastries. It's limited in the length of dough, but for pizza that would not be a problem.

Thanks, but that is more than I was considering to spend.

I purchased this one a few months ago, super fast shipping and seems like it is very good quality, however I haven't used it yet... Will be making Chicago stuffed crust with it when I find a decent recipe.
