Man, I'd put some fried catfish and steamed zucchini all over that pie and go to town.

Beans are delicious with bread. We used to make bean sandwiches out of ham and beans leftovers. I'm down for a bean pie :D

I've made a pizza with red onion, sage, and cannelini beans - it was really good.

Baked beans on pizza? That’s worse than pineapple!
Pineapple is actually good on pizza, it's the combo with ham that makes it bad in my opinion. I don't like most baked beans but if prepared with less sweetness and some molasses and mustard I could see it working.
