I really liked the way this one turned out. It is a bacon wrapped scalp pizza. The sauce is a seasoned olive oil and just a little fresh mozzarella.

Great looking pizza. Did you roast the tomatoes beforehand or put them on raw?

Thanks Craig,

I'm pretty sure I put them on raw on that one.

Cheers Hans, Bob!  :pizza:

Scallop, correct? It says scalp... Any tips on how to treat the scallops? My wife would die if I could pull that off.

The ones we used were fresh not frozen and we sliced them in to thirds.  Just patted them dry with paper towels. The sauce was .5 cup olive oil and some chopped garlic,  dry oregano, dry basil, and dry tyme. Mix together and heat till it sizzles and smells good. The a tbsp or 2 as the sause add a little fresh mozzarella
