A local place her in Salt Lake City makes a pesto chicken pizza that has great flavors.
Pesto base, mozz and cubed chicken then they take it out of the oven and add sliced tomatoes marinated in white balsamic vinegar and they top it off with drizzled balsamic glaze over the whole pie.
I have recreated it at home with great results. Next time I make it, I will post a pic.
