most mushrooms were Chanterelles, Hedghogs, too many lobsters and many logs with oysters
notable edibles were the seasons first perfect Porcini, Pigs ears, perfect honey mushrooms, rare Fistulina Beefsteak fungi, and some medicinal Gandoderma Oregonense!
Here is my son and friends during our epic foray- gaurentee I have more wild mushrooms than any one of the 35 million californians
pizza party this sunday! But I may just kill a heritage turkey and make corn bread chanterelle stuffing and dry the porcini and put the dried procini under the skin of the turkey during cooking......
