A friend of mine has a machine shop and may be interested in making clones of the Allied Metal Pans that have gone out of business. The 12"x12" sizes are no where to be had anymore, are much better for Sicilians IMO, and are the size we use in our pizzeria. (photo of our pie baked in one) the 12"x18" pans Winco sells do not brown the centers near as well. If we can get enough interest he may make them.

I here you and they will be fairly priced if it gets off the ground. The guy at my friends shop that is the metal bending genius is going to have to see if their equipment can do the bends and if so we will go from there.
