How many squares (slices) is it customary to cut 16X16 N.Y. style Sicilian pizza into? I sectioned Today's bake into 12 slices (squares) The slices were way too small for my liking. Thanks in advance for any help.

The photo is strickly to show the square size.

My gold standard was umbertos of new Hyde park’s Sicilian. 16x16 cut into 12 slice that’s what I do. Dave.

Nice! Canarsie Brooklyn! My beloved hometown! What is your favorite Canarsie pizza place? Mine was Pizza Villa on Roacaway Parkway at Conklin Ave. From 1973- 1995 I owned A little pet shop near the train station.

16x16?. That's a big pan!

I cut my 12x12 into 9 slices. Each slice is about 4" square. Perhaps they're on the smaller side, but that's what I want. I don't want giant slices.
