Know this is late but R.I.P. Tom Lehmann.

I've not been in the forum or really "paying attention" to things for a while, as I've been improving my methods from books found on Amazon, but I just found out (from a Google search for info about chemical leavening vs. yeast in pizza dough) that Tom Lehmann passed away from Covid in 2020, and seeing as how this a forum dedicated to pizza making, I felt it only appropriate to pay a small tribute to someone who freely contributed quite a bit of knowledge to the subject.
