I've known TG now for a number of years now, and he's one of the most down to earth guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.
A very hard worker and a treasure trove of knowledge, which he's always willing to share when asked. I cannot recount how many times I called, texted or asked him in person and he took time to answer even my most mundane questions related to anything pizza.
This "Pizzeria of the Year" award is well deserved and couldn't have gone to a more authentic, generous person.
And his statement of the kitchen being timy is spot on. I'm still amazed how his crew pulls it off night after night. Not to mention the huge tubs of starters he has going in the basement. Unreal.
