Yes, they will once they get the hang of things.

That's the least of the changes the will make. LOL.

They plan on sticking to our recipes, add days/hours, beer/wine.

I did my last dough batch and preps for this week.  It felt strange but when I got home a wave of joy flooded through me.  Getting away from all the pressures of running a hands on one pizza maker shop sounds like heaven.
