This article reads better.  I guess you need to be in the industry to fully understand "flexible omnichannel locations" for a pizza restaurant.

If i were a heartless cynic i would predict that the branch restaurants will use conveyor ovens.

But we should at least wait and see.

Never been anywhere near New Haven, but it sounds like they have 3 of the best pizzerias in the nation.
