 ^^^ can imagine such pies with a finishing touch of whipped cream and a good cup a coffee  :)

NYU, (my employer) asked me to do a Thanksgiving collaboration on their Instagram page. So, I did, all easy-to-source ingredients, no special skill needed, Pumpkin pie! She will post it on Instagram on Tuesday! I am pleased as punch with how it turned out!
