Hotline Providence
« on: July 28, 2022, 12:33:14 PM »
There is a pizza popup in Providence doing some amazing Detroit style pies called Hotline Pizza. It is instagram DM pre-order only, no walk-ins. I had a quick conversation with them, the dough is 87% hydration, same day. Cloud-like interior, super crispy bottoms and edges (with a crusted cheese layer on the outside edge), incredibly high quality ingredients. The dough is frankly amazing. Some of the best pizza - regardless of style - I have ever eaten.

Welcome back!!! I cant wait to try this place.   We had a place in Boston for about 2 years that I would have said this same thing about.  Sadly they didnt make it, so it sounds like now we have great squares again fairly close by.

Great to see you posting again. Man that looks good. Hope to try the pizza on one of our RI trips.
While looking for their location found this great article about how it all came together.
