Storage Salami
« on: November 06, 2021, 03:58:02 PM »
Read lots of internet posts regarding Salami storage and assume that most of those people never actually stored salami. Since I overbought and have 3lbs of unsliced salami I was curious if anyone has actually stored it in fridge or freezer and how did they wrap it?

Some salami producers mention that it needs to breathe so they recommend butcher paper and keep it in fridge.

What is your experience?

Thanks I did see that already. Probably not going to be an issue as l am working on eating it before it gets old.  Olympic makes some fine salami and sausage. Zoe's is the one I over bought.
