Hey guys and gals, been a while since I’ve posted. Great to see the pizza action here is as frenetic as it was a few years ago (if not more!).
It’s a simple and sexy pizza. Baked with only sauce, oregano, fresh garlic, a sprinkle of salt and good EVOO. Delicious out the oven as is but reheats and takes other toppings like a champ.
70% HR, KABF. Followed an old Bonci recipe:
