Hey guys and gals, been a while since Iíve posted. Great to see the pizza action here is as frenetic as it was a few years ago (if not more!).

Itís a simple and sexy pizza. Baked with only sauce, oregano, fresh garlic, a sprinkle of salt and good EVOO. Delicious out the oven as is but reheats and takes other toppings like a champ.

I've been itching to get better at pizza in teglia and have looked up your posts several times.
