First, let me thank you all in advance, I sincerely appreciate it. I recently ordered a baking steel for my home oven and I’d like to try making what I always thought of as New York style pizza with it. That said, most of what I now see called NY pizza looks more like what I always called Neapolitan pizza which has me a bit confused.
Looking at the picture I posted, what would you call the pizza type? Once I know it’s style I’ll be able to search this fantastic pizza resource to find recipes. Thanks again.
