Does anybody know the recipe of Banchero's pizza? It's a buttery pizza unlike anything I've tried before in Argentina.
I've tried to replicate it using 10% butter in the dough but it made it too crackly. One option I've considered is buttering the pan and the top of the pizza very generously but I don't know if it'll work.
