Replacement for a pizza party
« on: November 30, 2020, 02:12:14 PM »
Hey folks, I’m in search of a replacement for a large 70 x 70 pizza party.  I’m located in the US and apparently they are not longer an option.

I need something around the same or larger size.  I would prefer the option to use both gas and wood.  Any suggestions?

I have a natural gas Pizza Party Passione listed for sale in the "for sale" forum... It's easily switchable to wood.

Jeff, that’s a deal and a half but I’m looking for new and something that I can get replacement parts if and when needed.

Check this out:

Looks a lot like Pizza Party and they have one that is a little larger I believe.
Ships from Houston, TX

EDIT: Doesn't look like it has gas option.  You might inquire.

FWIW, these are well regarded in Italy, though I've never used one myself!

They are available on the US market and can be bought for wood/gas operation.  AFAIK they are constructed from a refractory cement and are not built the same way as a traditional brick oven.  I have a friend who baked 45 second pizza in it (with some difficulty as the bottom tended to bake too fast at those temps).  I'd really like to get one myself, but seeing the price and weather where I live..

Do you still have it available? It is natural gas correct, not propane option?

Have you looked into the Four Grand-Mere ovens? They all have a gas option so you can use wood and/or gas https://www.breadstoneovens.com/collections/residential-ovens

Not in the same class from a price standpoint.
