Equipment Inspection

We're considering the purchase of a small pizza carryout in southern Colorado.  Does anyone know of a service or company that will inspect equipment, particularly deck ovens, but also refrigeration and mixers and etc?  Thanks -

You might want to pose your question at the PMQ Think Tank, at http://thinktank.pmq.com/viewforum.php?f=6. You will have to register to do that but you are likely to get a better response to your question since it is mainly professionals who post at that forum.
