Haven't been on here in awhile. Hope you all are well. Am involved in a project. I have a investor who wants to do a sports bar. He's not to concerned with the day to day operations or the concept. He will be bringing 200k to the project, while I will be bringing 50k and be taking care of the food end of the buisness. Given all that what do you think would be a fair percentage of the buisness for me to ask for? Grazie!
