Really can't guess too precisely based on pictures alone but I see that kind of crust when doing other dishes, mostly some kind of pancake/fritter style, and it's usually combination of couple of things like non stick pan oiled but wiped, added egg in batter etc. Really interesting looking pizza.

I'd agree with artaxares and nickyr that's the look I couldn't quite put my finger on. Pancake like, and it does remind me of egg batters in a pan or something. This one seems mysterious I'm at a loss really.

This crust reminds me of the crusts from boxed pizza sets from the grocery store, I remember greasing/oiling the pan, and sometimes a good crust was had.  Your typical pan pizza looks exactly like that, oil fried crust.
