After dieting for the past few months and losing 35 pounds I decided it was time to pig out. The wife and I went to Lucilles bbq restaurant with a couple of friends. Had a rack of great tasting beef ribs. My favorite.
When we came home a cooked a dessert pizza. Did a cf for 3 days. Topped the pizza with mascapone cheese and sugar/cinnamon. Fired up the bs to 675* cooked it for about 4-5 minutes. Let it cool down for a few minutes then topped it with a cream cheese icing. Only got one photo and it was gone.
Being my first one I learned a couple things. 1st use more sugar/cinnamon. 2nd use less icing.
Everyone liked it and I'll be making this again.
