I REALLY want to make it  . But I'm curious if there is olive oil brushed on or is the dough bare? The video shows the mascarpone under the pinched edges, but nothing in the centre. Then when out of the oven it looks soupy. Did the mascarpone run into the middle?

I don't see olive oil.. that oil is coming from the melted cheese.
