First, I find out that Joe's Pizza closed down because of high rent. Now, I read this in sliceny.com today: a DiFaras location is opening in Greenwich Village, RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from where I lived my entire life!!! And of course, now I live 3,000 miles away. Why, why Lord, why?

Don't get too excited/disappointed. Dominick won't be making the pies at this Di Fara (which, latest word has it, will be called DeMarco's). Even if you lived across the street, you'd still have to trek out to Midwood to get the real deal.

Hmmmm....won't the pizza still be at least similar, though?
(by the way, are you the Adam who wrote the sliceny.com article?)
