Norma,

Congratulations. That was wonderful. I couldn't be more proud of you.

You came a long way from your first post on the forum, on March 28, 2009. To refresh your memory, I have quoted that post below:

Hi Steve,
I am new to making pizza.  I am starting a pizza stand at our local farmer's market in Pa. Dutch Country making pizza one day a week.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to join your forum.  I have learned so much.  I will continue to learn.  I have all my equipment and ingredients to make pizza.  Now the big part is to start practicing.  I will do that as soon as I get my oven vented.  I started with the idea in December to start a Pizza Stand.  It's been a challenge to get all my equipment into such a small place.  Now the big challenge is to make great pizza.  I will let you know how I make out with my pizza making.

Heikjo,

Thanks for the nice comment!

The two judges do what they do for a living, so that is okay.

wolfamongscrubs,

Thanks so much!  Everyone was so nice on set.  I have know Nicole for awhile.  She is a sweetheart.  Her meatballs were delicious!  The fried basil is a trick I will have to try sometime on a pizza.

Peter,

Thanks for the congratulations!

Yes, did come a long way since my first post, but when you think you have one thing figured out with pizza, that sure isn't the case.  So much to learn and I never get done learning.

Wow, didn't recall my first post.  I sure didn't know one thing about making pizza, or running even a small pizza stand.

Thanks also to this whole pizza forum and members.  Learned a lot from the late Tom Lehmann too.  You seemed to pick me up whenever I got stuck.

You are the number one poster now, so congratulations to you too!

jkb,

Thanks!  Nicole's meatballs were amazing.  I got to taste one, but that wasn't included in the show.
