Have you won the really big battle?
Are the customers buying them?

dare i say it, we are too busy...

its great don't get me wrong but it leaves us very little time/room for experimentation... they also set the menu before i got there and told me i could change up the whole thing but now they are reluctant to to let me change it.

a busy day for us is 300ish pizzas between the hours of 4 - 8:30

Sounds like a good business!

Most owners are reluctant to change, it pisses them off like nothing else. I worked at a pizzeria where the owner got mad ass hell because of me weighing the ingredients for the dough. So i quit.
