Nice!

I don't know how to do it, but I think you might need some flashing around the chimney with this kind of roof. I went with a pipe through the roof so it had a flashing kit.

Yessir!  It will be a metal roof and from what I understand, there are two ways to do it.  Either grind a 1/2" -3/4" channel into the chimney over the metal.  Then silicone it and nail/screw it to the chimney.  OR just silicone it and screw it.  I'm planning on grinding it, and having a guy come bend metal for me.  I don't like doing that stuff!  lol
