Some really nice pies in this thread and a really good read about the construction process.

Thanks Scott

Coming along very nicely. Looks like the top concrete pad is nice and thick. I am sure it can take 10 ovens  :-D

Antoine

Did you use a steel plate under top pad?

All Pizzas are good. Some are just better than others.

God gave me two ears, two eyes and one mouth for a reason.

No. Built frame around outside, put 3/4" plywood inside the cinder block frame. Supported ply wood with 2x4s. Cut those supports to get them and plywood sheets out after cement set. if you have additional questions, feel free to ask.

Just replaced the floor of my oven with suputo tile. Expensive but I think will be worth it.

I'm guessing replacing the tiles was not a fun project.

Actually wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be after procrastinating for a long time.Original floor was floating, new floor is floating also. ;D ;D

I know when I replaced the floor in my Pizza Party oven the shipping costs were more than the product costs.

The shipping was substantial but I figured that I couldn't just drive over and pick it up 8)
