anyone clone the king arther gf pizza crust

  i have a pizzeria and we have been using caputo gf mix for our gf crust. it has realy taken off we sell about 40 per week. i ran out this week and bought the ka at retail i doubled the oil left out the egg and the crust was delicious. i need to find a way to clone this product !!! thanks, Larry

Hi--sorry, can't help with your question about duplicating KAF's mix...was just wondering though, where are you able to get Caputo's GF mix??  And would they ship to a retail consumer in Canada? :)
