hehe...I have to admit, when I first saw the title, I thought this thread was about making pizza in Arizona or something! :)

Dessert pizzas.  Okay...I take it we're talking about gluten-free dessert pizzas, yes?

I have to admit I'm not exactly sure what a dessert pizza is...can you clarify what exactly that would be, and then maybe we can help figure out a gluten-free answer?

I'd imagine, if it's simply something like combining a dessert with a pizza, that it's going to be somewhat difficult to come up with a gluten-free dessert pizza.  It's hard enough coming up with regular GF pizza, let alone adding a dessert to it! :)

My go to couldn't be simpler.

dough brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with sugar.  cooked at high heat.

After removing from oven spread with nutella and put a layer of sliced fresh strawberries.

So simple.  So good.
