Just my second try using Caputo fioreglut and I'm getting excellent results. The pizzas received rave reviews. It's shocking how good the crust is, it's wonderfully chewy but tender. It lacks the flavor of a good wheat-based dough, but it's flavorful enough.

Your pizza looks fantastic! My wife is on a GF diet and the Caputo fiore glut produces a crust that even the staunchest gluten lovers (like me) can enjoy. I've tried plenty of alternatives but the Caputo is far and away the best

What are the ingredients and weights you are using?  How big are your pizzas?

Pretty. One of the best looking GF pies I've seen,
