Vegan pizza? why? if someone decided to become vegan they can eat fruits and vegetables, why trying to make pizza without actual cheese and pepperoni!

Thank you, my searches are simple, answers are fewer and less rich in information, I suppose cursory is the term. Thanks for the depth and breadth.

Hi there Iím trying to make a pizza with the famous olive oil they use at di faraís the thing is that I saw that they use 2 type one is berrio and the other is Colvita can someone please recommend me which one to use if your familiar with one of these brands, thanks.

There is nothing special about those two brands of olive oil. An excellent choice would be something like Masia El Altet, although only post-bake, as it is extra virgin.

Thanks for the responses - I had already gone ahead and transcribed the data from the JPG files and have already added the code to dynamically fit trendline equations to the rows as needed. So far, so good - if I don't get sidetracked, I should be done shortly with the sheets app.

Porcinis (roasted in the Carbon Kitchen oven) with bķfalo mozzarella and fontina val díaosta. Porcini roasted at high temps to drive off all that moisture and concentrate the flavor.

Is the data here available in spreadsheet or csv form?  I have old eyes and work from a small device in my kitchen and would love to build a quick lookup front end for this data.

The amount of work and detail put into this model and thread is amazing.

The numbers for sourdough starter do not match what I have, so they are suspect.
