Speaking of videos... Travel Thirsty goes to Lou Malnati's
« on: July 02, 2021, 10:17:28 AM »
In this video, Travel Thirsty goes to Lou Malnati's and you can see the build of a traditional cheese and sausage deep dish, The Lou, and a sausage pepperoni gardiniera with fresh basil combo.

You can also see them cut all the slices and serve from the pan.
They are not flipping whole pizzas out on this one.

Prolly out of the fridge and then warmed up to room temp.

Wow this look great.  They sure don't skimp on toppings

I bought several pizzas from their online store. Have to say I was not impressed and would never buy again

But I eat those pies everyday

I can't say I've tried all of Chicago's finest but Lou's was my favorite of those I've tried while in Chicago over the years. And of course a frozen, packaged version will undoubtedly pale in comparison to having it there straight out of the oven.
