This is my third year making pizza I’ve been using a recipe that somebody posted on this forum and now the link doesn’t work it was a pizza generator showing a recipe for Pepe‘s pizza dough using bread flour It was tagged has a pizza generator . Background was black . Does anybody have a copy of this recipe or know where I can get it it was the best recipe ever I’m lost without it?

You don’t know how happy you made me !!!! I made pizzas with a new recipe on Mother’s Day and it was a disaster !!!! This recipe makes the process so easy , you can even put the dough on top of each other during transport and they won’t stick . Thank you so much !!!!

I take issue with the hydration in the formulation in archived link (which was plagiarized from this forum). Having recently been to Pepe's and watching maybe a dozen pizza being made, I concur with Scott R's and gabaghool's observation that Pepe's dough is "very wet."

While it's probably necessary to reduce the hydration to account for the lower temperature of a home oven, I'm highly skeptical that you would need to drop it 9-10%.
