Many here know we have a stack of 60 year old blodgett 1000 ovens in our shop. These were created by Frank Mastro. He called the 1000 perfection, and his 90 year old daughter Madeline told me he said he would never make another oven. I have been around these ovens on and off all my life and this set I have had almost 20 years. They are original and believe it or not the pies do not need to be rotated during the bake. Not even the new pizza master ovens can do that
