Nancy's Thin Crust?
« on: February 02, 2023, 03:49:58 PM »
I haven't come across any posts about their thin crust. Probably my favorite chain thin.

Does anyone have any info on their pies? From what I could tell, their sauce isn't sweet at all. Rather a bright, savory, tomato-y flavor?

I've had their frozen thin crust pizzas here in North Carolina..... They're pretty good.    :pizza:

Didn't know they made those. Was it from a grocery store or did you have it shipped?

Any guesses as to what gives their pies a unique taste?

i get them at the local grocery store Harris Teeter.  They're crust has a little bit of good flavor but your main jolt definitely comes from the sauce.... Sauce is boss on this one.   :chef:

Your Teeter has Nancy’s?  Down here in the Piedmont, we don’t have it.  Connie’s thin crust has hit the shelves here, and it was just so-so, but I know I need to try it again.

Uh oh.... You're right Garvey I picked up a Connie's not a Nancy's!  I let it thaw on the counter then hit it with my Premio sausage from Walmart..... Baked at 480° and I dare say this was the best frozen pizza I've ever had.
