my d recently moved to Williamsburg, stopped by l’industrie for the first time since the tour, wow, what a difference! fabulous bake, would have easily pushed into top 5, possibly best of tour. i may be off but the bake and ratios reminded me of a modern new park, would be interesting to compare.

Everything I see about them online points this tour visit being before he figured out what he wanted/was able to do. Sounds like a different place now.

I really want to return to get back here and try Scarr's.

Is that a drizzle of olive oil over the slice that caused the yellow stain on the plate? Somehow I've never tried doing that.

There is nothing in NYC or surrounding that compares for rounds (I still haven't had a chance to try the squares).   For sure when you did the tour he was not ready for you. Now the copies will ensue (which is a good thing).
