Get ready for your pizza parties, we provide you with some tips on how to best use your new oven right away:
Get a propane gas cylinder or one with a high % propane, this type of gas performs best when using the oven in winter at temperatures below 10°C and allows for optimal operation and better efficiency. (Butane at low temperatures does not have excellent efficiency and has combustion difficulties, also causing an increase in consumption)
If winter is particularly cold, 2 hours before use, we recommend keeping the gas cylinder to be used at a temperature of around 15c. To check the gas level inside the cylinder during use you can use this method
The first ignition must be a little longer, about 1h30min on a moderate heat around 200'C, in order to best dry the refractory materials and have maximum performance from the first ignition
