Vegan flatbread

This was for our vegan friends. AP, Semolina, and rice flours for the dough. Par baked in a Lloyd flatbread pan then topped with bruschetta, shallots. Capers, olives, and fresh garlic. Garnished with arugula, pine nuts, balsamic reduction,  and vegan feta. I was amazed at how good the vegan feta was!
