Can't help myself. 37 years after I last studied combustion chemistry, I have to know if I can still make it work.
Here goes:

Propane plus oxygen = carbon dioxide, water and heat
C3H8 + 5O2 = 3CO2 + 4H2O + heat

Wood (cellulose) plus oxygen = carbon dioxide, water and heat.
C6H10O5 + 6O2 = 6CO2 + 5H2O+ heat

How about this, then? I do believe I have read, many times and on this forum, that cold dough straight out of the fridge gets more leopard spots than room temperature dough.
