I’m not sure that is the most accurate headline but it is what NBC used, so I used it here. Nonetheless, this is an interesting and well produced video on the increase of high end gluten-free baking in Italy.

It's great to see more options coming along as time goes by. The more manufactures and producers of gluten free goods the better.
