Just looked at the label.
It says Distributed By: Pacific Cheese Co., Hayward, CA.
I don't know if they are a manufacturer, or just a wholesaler.
The company provides cheese of various brands, such as Cheswick, North Beach, California Select Farms, Bellafoglia and Grand European.

They have plants in Hayward, CA, Reno, NV, and Amarillo, TX.

Thanks for checking on that.  I don't have a lot of freezer or refrig space but if I did I would most likely buy Bella and North Beach and shred some for pizza.  I'd do half Bella and North Beach.  I'd have half WM and half PSM.  I think that would turn out pretty good but since I have only space for one loaf at a time I would go with the Bella because I like WM over PSM but a combo of the two may be pretty good.  In fact I've done that before but with small one pound portions because of limited space.  Haven't done that in a while though.

I was there in December 2020 and they had it but that was 3/4 of a year ago but if I was a betting man I would say they have it since they had it then. I see it each time I go to City of Commerce.  What part of LA are you driving from?  If not too far City of Commerce and it will be there for sure.

They probably do otherwise go to Commerce because they always have it.

Ah, marketing people.

As for the "Performance" claim, I think they are trying to say it won't go booga booga on you. See the video on this page:

About "Bold", they have brought out a spicier blend of pepperoni that they also put up in retail packages for supermarket sales. Not quite hot enough to make people's eyes water. One of their product pages states: "It has a bold flavor with extra garlic, black & cayenne pepper, and paprika." From this page:
