Hello, I am interested in fully cooked pizza sausage. I have a few questions:
- How is the sausage cooked?
- Doesn’t the sausage lose fat when cooking? Fat is very flavorful and when I top it raw on my pizzas the melted fat goes into my pizza for flavor. I worry that a precooked sausage would have less flavor after the fat is drained.
- Also with losing the melted liquid fat would take some of the spices out when the fat is drained.
I am hoping you can give a little more info on your precooked sausage with regards to these questions.
