Made this tonight per his video. Was decent, but the weight of the dough was too much for the pan. Reddit recipes call for a double dough recipe, which is 1000g of flour in a half sheet. It totally gummed up at the surface under the weight of the tomatoes and dough itself. It was somehow undercooked at 50 minutes. There is absolutely no way he uses 6 cups of sauce on this, either. 4 is pushing the limits to the extreme. Would make again with half as much dough and a shorter bake.
