I'm pretty unimpressed with the output of the product that this famous pizza chef has put out. What do you all think?

I didn't notice that it was just a short video. Netflix has the full show. It could be that he cut it when it was hot, but it looked either gummy or like a too hot piece of bread. Either way, bad bake or bad production of show. I did enjoy the Tartine bread baking and those automated steam multi story ovens. Also did a bit on coffee roasting.

Not sure about that demo, but the pizza I've had at Chris Bianco's (three locations) was very good.

I agree... if the pizza wasnt great it was probably because of timing due to shooting schedule.  Those always seem to be off schedule and at the worst times.
