Making some progress on figuring out how to set our website for another pan size as well as shipping for a 12x18 pan as we have been using USPS prepaid boxes for the 12x12 pans.  I have a pile of old 12x18 Allied Metal Spinning pans that we are analyzing for our version. I am glad I didn't give them to the people that bought our pizzeria Getting excited as several top pizzerias are interested as well as some home bakers.  More to come.

We are almost there.  The press is done and here is the first pan.  I am going to season it this weekend and start some test bakes next week. Now have to get the shipping process going and build a stockpile of pans

Today I seasoned one of our 12"x18" 22 gauge cold rolled steel pans that will soon be for sale along with our successful 12"x12" pan.  The older, blacker pan, is a 20+ year old Allied Metal Spinning pan that are the gold standard for grandma and sicilian pies and has made countless pies and still performs like new.  You can see we nailed it.  Going to bake a couple pies in each pan next week for comparison and will be meeting with our web person to set up purchase and shipping from our website.  https://www.swhenterprises.com/
