Portability, make this oven a lot of fun. I have moved it several times between work and home. Tomorrow is pizza day at work. Everybody loves it.

I see only one pizza at a time being made by everyone in the 70 x 70. Does the 52 x 50 have the same 14 inch size opening? I prefer a round pie and see no reason to buy the larger oven if I can fit the same size round pie in the smaller oven.

Blue fringes, you can bake 2 small pies in the oven at the same time. Skill in turning the cooking pies is required. I have been pushing my fire to the side for baking but am considering pushing it to the back, opening a wider floor in front with potentially easier access to 2 pies cooking at the same time.

hi Bluefringes sorry for delay, in the Pizza Party 70x70 is possible cook 2 roud pizzas at the same time, instead wood fired pizza oven 52x50 is possible cook 1 pizza
more customers cook only 1 pizza each time because it's easier, at 350-400 'C (650-800 'F) the pizza cook in about 1minute - 1m20s is most quick
the more experienced cook 2 pizzas at a time
alternatively very comfortable and easy is use the pizza peel for "pizza al metro" to realize long pizza

When I first joined this forum, I was baking pizza in my homemade cob oven:

Since then I had moved & no longer had a WFO, so my focus was NY style in a home oven. After seeing some members posts of their successful Neapolitan pizzas using the Pizza Party, and the recent notification of the 2015 model being available at a great price, and the fact that I will be moving again next year, I figured a Pizza Party oven is a good fit for my life right now. JD's going NP, and I couldn't be more excited. Wish me luck!
